With the holidays in full swing and New Year’s looming, how can a houseful of people keep track of which drink is theirs? The good people at Deco Bugs came up with a solution for now or anytime there’s a large crowd trying to keep track of their beverages. “We came up with Chalkboard Sticker Drink Markers for those times when you need to keep track of whose drink is whose,” says Heather Dykes, owner of Deco Bugs. The stickers are an extension of a line she and her business partner started a few years back, when they were making automotive stickers and car decals. “Initially we were selling direct to consumers,” Dykes says, “but we realized there was a larger marketplace online.” The Drink Marker Stickers are thin and adhesive, with a chalkboard like covering upon which partiers can write their name in chalk or a liquid chalk pen. They come in a variety of styles, including ornaments, Christmas trees and snowmen for the holidays.
The sticker packs wholesale for only $2.50 each, and retail for $4.99, with the chalk pens selling for $3.99 at retail, but wholesaling for only $1.99 each. There is no minimum order from Deco Bugs, as “We’d like folks to be able to feel free to try us out. We think they’ll like what they find,” Dykes says.
