According to KBTX, the Texas Department of State Health Services recently added Delta 8 in the state’s Schedule 1 prohibited substances list and it is creating issues for local CBD shop owners.
Until further regulations come into place, currently, Delta-8 is banned or sales restricted in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
