Store Fixtures Move Merchandise

March 11, 2013 by Publisher

gondolaRetailers setting up shop, or looking to upgrade merchandise presentation, enhance security or embrace the newest means of handling cash, need look no further than Specialty Store Services, a company that has been helping small business owners meet their retail supply needs since 1987. “Whether it’s a convenience store or a cell phone shop, we have everything businesses need to sell their merchandise, except for the products themselves,” says Eric Weinstein, owner of the company. “People can order online or they can call us. Some people prefer to speak to our friendly staff and get their advice and knowledge. We have a call center with more than 100 years of collective experience, and we know what retailers need. If a customer sends us a floor plan of the space, we’ll do the layout and we’ll recommend fixtures.”

Specialty Store Services carries a wide selection of wholesale fixtures including grids, glass and acrylic showcases, and gondola displays. “We have our own proprietary brand of gondola shelving displays called Ultima, and we sell them for one third less than brand name gondolas sold in the U.S.,” Weinstein points out. “We didn’t skimp on the quality, but we made our brand more affordable for the independent retailer.” Ultima gondola shelving can be configured into many different displays to meet any merchandising need. It is easy to assemble with built in levelers and snap together parts, and features high tensile steel uprights. Ultima, available in various heights, comes in almond and black. Multiple units can be connected end-to-end, and pricing starts at $139.99.

In addition, Specialty Store Services sells four-way, two-way and round garment racks; a complete line of mannequins and fashion forms; hundreds of video store supplies including retail DVD displays, disc repair systems, DVD storage cases, DVD security labels, gumball machines and theatre sized boxed candy; a selection of cash handling products including currency and coin counters, counterfeit money detectors, cash drop boxes, store safes and cash registers, as well as easy to install DVR based video security systems; and a variety of wooden and plastic hangers for adult’s and children’s pants, jackets, lingerie and swimsuits.

Along with Specialty Store Services’ large selection of store supplies, the company assures fast delivery, the lowest prices and 100 percent satisfaction. “We attribute our long time success to our service. We pride ourselves on giving the best customer service in the industry.”
