Regent Offers Value Shopping for Valued Customers

May 11, 2011 by Publisher

Seasonal Wholesale ItemRegent Products Corp., keeping a busy trade show schedule, May through December, has acquired a reputation surrounding its showcased merchandise lines. The reputation can be summed up in one word, “Exceptional.” The supplier of direct imports, domestic general merchandise, dollar store items and name brand closeouts “maintains about 20 different categories, with more than 3,000 different products,” comments Sandy Drelich, assistant sales manager at the company. And, although Regent advertises its exceptional products at an exceptional value, the company is also proud to make mention of exceptional staff and customer service. Drelich confirms, saying, “We have more than 100 employees, many of whom have been with Regent for a minimum of 15 years. All of them care about how each customer is treated. The ultimate goal here is to offer value and great customer service.”

Value Shopping from Regent

Regent’s excellent first quarter sales are a testament to the variety of products, customer service, and overall value offered to all Regent’s retail customers, including independent retailers of general merchandise. The company keeps its name well-known by using multiple touch points to make it accessible to customers. Excluding the already mentioned 30 trades shows a year and large website, these touch points also include everyday and seasonal catalogues, as well as four showrooms.

Regent carries products ranging from automotive and baby products to plastics, pet supplies, and everything in between. Drelich mentions that, “The minimum Web order is $250.” Some of the items you can learn about from Regent’s extensive informational touch points are back to school items, including book covers, construction paper, crayons, etc., sold $1.50 or less wholesale. Among its seasonal items you will find a large offering of Christmas supplies, such as baking cups, baskets, garlands, bows, etc., also $1.50 or less wholesale. These seasonal items tend to sell fast, and Regent already reports Halloween and Christmas items to be 45 percent sold through pre-booking, and is encouraging customers to order now to avoid disappointment later in the year due to sold out seasonal products. Drelich mentions, “Every order is important, whether it’s for a new or longtime customer. We always offer discounts from the get-go, and believe we offer extreme product value in terms of pricing and packaging.”
