TMCAt The Merchandise Center (TMC) tradeshows, retailers can find extreme values and name-brand products. The collection of showrooms boasts America’s largest permanent collection of closeout specialists — practically the entire closeout industry under one roof. As American consumers continue to prioritize low prices, it’s important for retailers to find in-demand products at the most competitive prices.

TMC is an easily accessible show. In addition to hosting several events throughout the year, strategically timed around key buying seasons, the exhibitors occupy permanent showrooms, so retailers can have access to their products all year round. “We’re not a convention center format,” explains Mark Passis show owner. Not to mention, the location is only a half mile from Chicago’s O’Hare Airport, meaning getting there is hassle-free.

Once inside the TMC building, buying is a comfortable experience with modern, spacious showrooms and world-class treatment from show staff. “Exhibitors can literally bring every single item they sell,” says Mark. Over 75,000 square feet of exhibit space hosts more than 90 exhibitors under one roof, meaning buyers can take their time exploring products and getting to know vendors. “Our show environment is more meeting-oriented, and vendors have more time to spend with each buyer,” says Mark.

As retailers, you know pricing is more competitive than ever, with more and more shoppers taking the time to seek out deals without sacrificing on quality. TMC gives retailers the best prices on well-known products, and the flexibility to experience merchandise in-person while consulting with experienced vendors.
